How do I pay?
There is no prepayment. You pay the driver in cash at the end of the transfer.
Can the price change?
The price you see when booking is fixed, with no hidden fees. Only extras you add yourself (such as an extra waiting hour or a stop) change it.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your transfer. Since you pay the driver, there are no deductions or refunds to handle. For later cancellations, message us on Telegram.
Where will the driver meet me?
After booking we send you the meeting point and driver details with instructions on Telegram. At airports the driver waits with a sign showing your name.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and wait 90 minutes free of charge from the actual landing time. For hotel and address pickups, free waiting is 15 minutes.
Can I bring a pet or a child seat?
Pets travel free; our driver is told in advance. For a child seat, just write it in the order note when booking.
